This section serves as our Notice at Collection under the CCPA/CPRA. We collect the following information:

  • Financial Information: Credit card numbers and billing addresses (processed securely; we do not store full card numbers on our local servers).
  • Commercial Information: History of items ordered, catering requests, and rewards points earned.
  • Internet Activity: IP address, browsing behavior on our menu, and interaction with our digital advertisements.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: Precise geolocation (if you use our “find us” features) and account login credentials.

Purpose of Collection: To process and deliver food orders, manage catering requests, administer loyalty rewards, and send local LA-based promotions.

Retention: We retain your order history for 3 years to facilitate easy re-ordering and comply with tax requirements.

2. Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights as of 2026:

  • Right to Know & Access: You can request a report of all personal data we have collected about you since January 1, 2022.
  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your account and order history, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we update inaccurate contact or loyalty account info.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your data for money. However, we may “share” identifiers with social media platforms to show you local specials. You can opt-out via our cookie banner.
  • Right to Limit Sensitive PI: You may request that we limit the use of your precise geolocation or financial info to only what is necessary to get your food to you.

3. How We Honor Opt-Out Requests

We have built our website to respect your digital privacy automatically:

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser transmits a GPC signal, our site will automatically treat this as a request to opt-out of all non-essential tracking and data sharing.
